PickNMix offers a wide range of fitness classes including Metafit, Cardio Mix and Body Tone. We also offer small group sessions and even 1-2-1 personal training with nutrition advice. Operating across Flintshire, North Wales & Chester, we have classes in Penyffordd, Mold, Flint and Ewloe. You can find a class, book a 1-2-1 session or a combination of both, right here in your local area.

REPs are an independent public Register which recognises the qualifications and expertise of health-enhancing exercise instructors in the UK.
The key function of REPs is to provide a system of regulation for instructors and trainers to ensure that they meet the health and fitness industry’s agreed national occupational standards.
