Cardio mix classes are a weekly rotation of Aerobics, Circuit, Cardio Kick and then a combo class of Aerobics/Cardio Kick. All the variations follow a similar format starting with a warm up, stretch, main section and cool down with stretches to finish. The Aerobic sessions are energetic fun classes combining high and low impact moves so you can work at higher, lower or combination level. Cardio Kick (no contact) classes use combat inspired moves in a variety of combinations and sequences to music, giving you another energetic and powerful class.
The circuit classes combine the cardio and resistance elements into one class in a variation of formats.
Body tone is a lower impact class concentrating on strength and toning the body. The class works on all parts of the body using functional moves to strengthen the body and support your everyday activities.
Metafit™ bodyweight training system is an effective 30 minute class, small group or 1-2-1 workout which gets big results. Metafit™ aims to boost the metabolism and burn fat!
To burn fat you need to change your resting metabolism so to achieve this the session will work big muscle groups with high intensity intervals and get quick results. Created by a former Royal Marine Commando and a National Gymnast Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to change the metabolism.
